This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the online store operated by Rock & Ride der M.W.
Shipping Areas
We ship orders to customers within Italy, to countries within the European Union, and to selected European countries outside the European Union.
At this time, we do not offer worldwide shipping and do not deliver to destinations outside Europe.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed, packed, and handed over to the shipping carrier within 1–2 business days after the order has been placed.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the destination country and begin once the order has been dispatched.
For deliveries within Italy, the estimated delivery time is generally 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
For deliveries within the European Union, the estimated delivery time is generally 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
For deliveries to European countries outside the European Union, the estimated delivery time is generally 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
All delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as high shipping volumes, public holidays, weather conditions, or customs procedures.
Shipping Costs and Free Shipping
Shipping costs depend on the delivery destination and the order value. All applicable shipping costs are calculated automatically and clearly displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds are as follows:
- Italy: Shipping costs are €8. Free shipping applies to orders with a minimum order value of €200.
- Germany: Shipping costs are €10. Free shipping applies to orders with a minimum order value of €200.
- Other European Union countries: Shipping costs are up to €15. Free shipping applies to orders with a minimum order value of €200.
- Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom: Shipping costs are up to €20. Free shipping applies to orders with a minimum order value of €250.
- Other European countries outside the EU: Shipping costs are up to €15. Free shipping applies to orders with a minimum order value of €300.
If the applicable minimum order value for free shipping is not reached, shipping costs will apply and will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Tracking notifications and updates are provided via SendCloud, which sends tracking emails once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
You can also track your shipment through the tracking portal available on our website by entering your order number and postal code.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges imposed by local authorities are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities or the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Responsibility for Delivery
We remain responsible for your order until the goods are physically received by you or by a third party designated by you, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.
If your parcel is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue and, where required by law, arrange a replacement or refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information provided during checkout is complete and correct.
We are unable to change delivery addresses once an order has been placed. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or additional costs.
