We ship to customers across Europe only.

Shipping costs to Italy are €8. Free shipping applies to orders over €200.

Shipping costs to Germany are €10. Free shipping applies to orders over €200.

Shipping costs to the rest of the European Union are up to €12. Free shipping applies to orders over €200.

Shipping costs to Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom are up to €20. Free shipping applies to orders over €250.

Shipping costs to other European countries outside the EU are up to €15. Free shipping applies to orders over €250.

Any applicable customs duties and import taxes for deliveries outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before completing the order.

We usually pack and hand over orders to the shipping carrier within 1–2 business days after the order has been placed.

Delivery within Italy usually takes between 2 - 4 business days after dispatch.

Delivery within the European Union usually takes between 3 - 5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery to other European countries usually takes between 3 - 7 business days after dispatch.

All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and circumstances beyond our control, such as high shipping volumes or public holidays.

We are unable to make address changes once an order has been placed.
If you need to change your delivery address, you must cancel your order and place a new order using the correct address.

If you have created a customer account, you can update and manage your saved addresses in your account settings for future orders.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive tracking details by email from a third-party service.

You can also track the status of your delivery through the tracking portal on our website by entering your order number and postal code.

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes after placing it.

During this time, you can cancel the order either through your customer account under “Orders” or by using the cancellation link in your order confirmation email.

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

To arrange a return, you must contact us via our contact form or by email within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

Once we receive your return request, we will send you a return shipping label and further instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Return shipping costs are not free.
The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund and paid back to you using the same payment method you used for your order.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

You can purchase gift cards in our online shop and use them yourself or send them to another person as a gift. To use a gift card, simply enter the gift card code at checkout and the value will be applied to your order.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

If you return an item that was paid for with a gift card, the refund will be issued back to the gift card so it can be used again.

If your order was paid using both a gift card and another payment method, the refund will be split and returned partly to the gift card and partly to the original payment method used.
