Crash Replacement only applies to damage caused by accidents and does not cover damage caused by manufacturing defects, normal wear and tear, improper use, or incorrect care of the product.

Crash Replacement is available for items purchased within the last 12 months.

To request a crash replacement, please contact us by email and send us clear photos of the damaged item along with your order number. If the same item is no longer available, it will be replaced with a product of similar value.
