Right of Withdrawal

Under European Union consumer law, consumers have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase without providing any reason.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may withdraw from this contract within a period of fourteen (14) days.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

If an order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts on the day the last item of the order is received.

Within this fourteen-day period, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the withdrawal period by sending a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

After receiving your withdrawal request, we will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping label.

Please note that items must not be returned without prior notification, as returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Return of Goods

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, and must be returned in their original condition, including all original tags and packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned items do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount and reimbursed using the same payment method as the original purchase.

For returns from Italy, a return shipping fee of €5 will be deducted.

For returns from countries within the European Union, a return shipping fee of €8 will be deducted.

For returns from European countries outside the European Union, a return shipping fee of €12 will be deducted.

If the original order qualified for free shipping, no outbound shipping costs will be refunded, as no shipping fee was charged at checkout.

Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges for deliveries outside the European Union are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on the payment provider, it may take up to ten business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

We may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until proof of return shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different size, color, or product, you must return the original item and place a new order separately.

Exclusion or Loss of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, or may be lost, if the goods are returned worn, washed, damaged, or used.

The right of withdrawal may also be lost if the goods are returned without prior notification or without their original tags and packaging.

In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or, where legally permitted, to issue a partial refund.
